What to expect: your custom ear plugs appointment in three steps
Step 1 - Consultation and ear check
Your appointment begins with a brief consultation, where the audiologist will review your ear health and check that your ears are clear and suitable for impressions.
Step 2 - Ear impressions
A soft silicone material is used to take a precise impression of each ear. This process is quick, safe and ensures a secure, comfortable fit for your custom ear plugs.
Step 3 - Collection and fitting advice
Your ear plugs will be ready within one to two weeks. When you return to collect them, the audiologist will check the fit, demonstrate how to use them correctly and provide advice on care and storage.
