What services do you offer?
Simply Hear offers a comprehensive range of hearing care services, including hearing assessments, hearing aids, ear wax removal, hearing aid repairs and custom ear protection. Please note that the services available may vary between our clinic and hospital locations.
Do I need a GP referral to book an appointment?
No, you do not usually need a GP referral to book an appointment with Simply Hear and many of our services can be accessed directly. For some specialist services or appointments provided at our hospital location, a referral may be recommended or required. Please contact us if you are unsure and our team will be happy to advise.
Do you see children as well as adults?
Yes, we provide a range of services for both adults and children, although the services available for children may vary. Please note children’s hearing tests are carried out at our private hospital location.
Are your audiologists qualified and regulated?
Yes. Our audiologists are degree-qualified, HCPC-registered professionals with experience across both NHS and private health care settings. This combination of clinical training and experience ensures you receive professional, high-quality hearing care at every appointment.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
Yes, you are very welcome to bring a family member, friend or carer with you to your appointment. They can join you throughout the appointment and be involved as much or as little as you would like.
